The MP-101 Cosmic Thing Jfet High Gain is a high-gain overdrive pedal, which is constructed on Jfet transistor circuitry, and which can deliver everything from a medium-gain rock sound to a fierce high-gain metal sound.
It is a very responsive pedal that reacts clearly to the amount of energy you put into your playing, and it is built in a solid metal cabinet that can withstand the rigors of life on the road.

Layout

The MP-101 Cosmic Thing Jfet High Gain has a very simple layout with a Gain control that controls the amount of distortion, a Level control that controls the amount of volume, and a Tone control that boosts the high frequencies, giving you a clearer and sharper sound. There is also a Voice switch that allows you to boost the midrange frequencies, giving you that classic, heavy sound that's perfect for riffs.
