Amp Academy uses the TSAC-2K (White-box Amp Modeling) algorithm to recreate the sound and feel of world-class tube amps in a compact effects pedal format. With a large gain and a wide dynamic range, Amp Academy gives you access to realistic amp emulation, so you can access a wider sound palette with a single pedal, without having to lug around an arsenal of amps. Amp Academy offers 6 legendary amp models such as Vintage (Fender Twin Reverb), Classic (Fender Vibro King), Modern (Mesa Boogie Mark I), Brown (Friedman HBE), Red (Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier) and Iridium (Bogner Uberschall).
The built-in A/B footswitch lets you easily switch from clean to crunchy amp simulation. The SCENE button lets you switch between SCENE1, SCENE2 and SCENE3 in sequence, and access your own presets, ideal for live gigs, practice rooms or home playing.
