The Tanglewood Tiare ukulele has been developed with patience and diligence. With influences from Polynesia, the very name taken from Tahiti's national flower, captures the essence of the South Pacific and ensures that the Tiare models exemplify an authentic and traditional representation of the art of the ukulele.

The Tiare ukuleles are made from a contrasting array of exotic materials, from stunning black walnut to Hawaiian koa tones, specially selected by Tanglewood to have beautiful patterns in the veins to make each instrument unique.

Each ukulele features a luxury "fiddleback" contoured back for increased sound projection and volume and Aquila strings, usually only found on the most professional expensive instruments as standard equipment.
