The TD-28E is an exclusive and exquisite instrument that rewards its owner with a beautiful and balanced sound as well as an exceptional volume and playability. On the TD-28E, Tyma has applied new design principles and construction methods that elevate the TD-28E to a higher class. Among other things, the TD-28E is constructed with Tyma's new Double-V bucket design, which makes the deck on the TD-28E significantly more flexible, while the deck on the TD-28E is treated with Torrefaction.

Torrefaction is a process where wood is heated to a low temperature in an oxygen-free environment, reducing impurities in the wood, resulting in weight loss and increased stiffness. The process produces a chemical reaction in the wood that is very similar to the process that wood undergoes when it is dried for decades. The end result is an extra resonant lightweight deck that releases a tone that is very similar to the tone you get from an old guitar that has been loved and played for years. The tone of a torrefied top is impressive, and when paired with rosewood back and sides, it results in a guitar with extra impact, projection and warmth. The neck/body joint is also new, providing a more uniform neck that feels comfortable all the way up the fretboard.

The TD-28E is built with a solid Sitka spruce top, a bone nut and bridge, and a beautiful high-gloss finish. The back and sides are made of rosewood, while the deck is constructed with the Double-V bucket design that we mentioned above. The Western guitar is distinguished by its solid Sitka spruce top. Sitka spruce is distinguished by its beautiful appearance, and a particularly overtone-rich and balanced sound, which is equally suitable for fingerpicking, chord or solo playing.

The Tyma TD-28E comes with a built-in microphone system, which consists of a built-in preamplifier and microphone, which is located under the bridge, as well as an acoustic microphone, which Tyma mounts in the soundbox. If you need to amplify the guitar, you can do this too.
